Order Processing & Manufacturing Lead Times

Pit Row Dyno testing systems are not off-the-shelf products. Every unit is a specialty piece of shop equipment that is hand-fabricated, welded, powder-coated, and wired to order in our facility.

Because we operate on a batch-manufacturing and built-to-order model, please expect a standard processing and manufacturing lead time of 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order is placed until the unit is boxed and handed off to the shipping carrier.

During periods of high demand or supply chain delays regarding raw materials and custom electronics, this lead time may be extended. We prioritize build quality and accuracy over rushing shipments out the door.

Shipping Rates & Geography

• Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all dyno units within the contiguous United States.
• International Shipping: At this time, shipping outside of the US is handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Shipment Tracking

Once your unit has completed the final assembly and testing phase, it will be boxed and a shipping label will be created. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking status after the label is generated.

Carrier Handoffs

We typically batch our outbound shipments and drop them off with the carrier at the end of the week.

Address Changes & Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you need to update your delivery address while your unit is still in the manufacturing queue, please contact us immediately. Once a shipping label has been printed and the unit has left the shop, we cannot reroute the package.
